Pre-Jury Hut Now Open to Viewers

I should have mentioned this earlier, but I'm now allowing anyone who isn't in the game to join the forum and I'll let them into the Pre-Jury Hut to talk to other viewers and the people that didn't make the jury.

ALL IP Addresses will be checked, so players, don't even think about sneaking in there.
