So an early victory today for Pagong. Good news all around. The numbers are crucial in this game. If you have the numbers, this game gets a whole hell of a lot easier. That's not to say that the numbers are everything and the be all end all, but this early in the game, it's always great to duck TC. I'm liking everyone on the tribe thus far and I'm thinking I have a good rapport with most. Things are looking up for ole Gerv.
More later, I'm sure!

who's the most powerful pagonger? this guy. what a crazy game when you go from tribal council bait and almost a surefire early boot to a serious power player. i have everyone in my pocket with the exception of ramona, the hi-yuge wild card that will be dealt with at the next tribal.

While this whole disappearing act could have been seen as a shrewd play to dramatically win the challenge at the last possible moment (how above the rim of a play would that have been btw?), rest assured, I was being honest with my tribe when I told them that I couldn't have signed on yesterday. Good on them for leaving me with an easy job and they deserve credit for this win. I wouldn't have gone anywhere at tribal though. Too many people have my back. It's good to be the Gervenator right about now.

The merge is an important time in this game (well, duh). This is the time in the game where you need to take a step back and look at the game you're playing. You've already reached one goal (merge), you're about to reach another (jury), and now it's time to focus on goal number three. Endgame. I have some ideas that are floating through my head, but nothing is set in stone as of yet. But trust me, the Gervenator will pull out all the stops in the second half of this game. It's mine to lose.

Making the jury? Check. This fake merge didn't really hurt my game all that much...I may have said a bit too much to Colleen, but if she suspects something, she can be easily dealt with. Running her mouth to BB and others will do her no good either because BB trusts me much more than he trusts her.

IC losses? Never fun. Don't want to have to get used to this again. Not worried though. I'm not going anywhere whatsoever.

I was waiting for this moment, and it has presented itself. This challenge, I have one goal...anyone but Ramona. If anyone at all not named Ramona Grey wins this challenge, I'll be happy. I told you she'd be dealt with. Little did she know that it would be this early in the merge. If BB/Ramona/Gretchen thought I would sit idly by and watch the three of them pick me off at 5th or 4th, they are sorely mistaken. I have entered this game to win. I have an ironclad F2 pact with....Dr. Sean. Surprise, surprise, Pagong. The Gervenator's bunking with a Tagi. This game is just beginning for the Gervenator.
